Diversity can and is lucrative as fuck these days. Oh my god I\u2019m almost 40, the industry is 40 and I haven\u2019t seen things move enough. I thought this would happen naturally \u2013by way of follow the money and progressive white folks, right?- but it hasn\u2019t at all. Despite constant chatter and proof that there are people ready to tackle that. I\u2019ve been ready for so long. I\u2019m knocking at doors eternally.
