You\u2019re hiring and I\u2019m applying. There\u2019s a .pdf upload for a reason.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s exhausting, inexplicable and honestly quite disrespectful. It\u2019s 2021, robots dance and imitate our voices. But they can\u2019t correctly parse a text file?
