Difficile de retranscrire une keynote donc. Cast a wide net. You need to discover which 90% of your material that you find is irrelevant for your game. Enjoy being obsessive. That helps a lot. Cultivate the same obsession in your team. Things well understood are explained well. You&rsquo;ll be a teacher to the people in your team, but also to the people playing your game. <strong>You can change your players<\/strong>. At a very deep level, you can change the people who play your game. You shouldn&rsquo;t take that lightly and it&rsquo;s also something you shouldn&rsquo;t squander.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><\/font><\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\"><font xmlns=\"\" face=\"Arial\">C&#8217;est pas Nintendo qui le contredira. Satoru Iwata a donn&eacute; une <\/font><a xmlns=\"\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"http:\/\/crystaltips.typepad.com\/wonderland\/2006\/03\/gdc_satoru_iwat.html\"><font face=\"Arial\">conf&eacute;rence<\/font><\/a><font xmlns=\"\" face=\"Arial\"> qui semble peu int&eacute;ressante (pas d&#8217;infos sur le mini mange-disque)&hellip; Bon ok on a droit &agrave; notre Zelda sur DS (franchement, qui &ccedil;a surprend ?) c&#8217;est sympa mais je suis pas fanboy &agrave; ce point&hellip; Les jeux Sega et Hudson en plus c&#8217;est cool aussi, mais j&#8217;ai pas attendu la Rev pour faire de l&#8217;&eacute;mu. Le grand public ? Tr&egrave;s int&eacute;ressant. Id&eacute;e de base: cr&eacute;er un jeu qui plaira &agrave; tout le monde. Vraiment. Un livre qui fait recette (&quot;entrainer votre cerveau. 60 jours pour un meilleur&quot;), adaptation <strong>le plus rapidement possible <\/strong>(90 jours !). Succ&egrave;s total, 1.9 millions de copies vendues le premier mois.<\/font><\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\"><font xmlns=\"\" face=\"Arial\"><strike>Deux<\/strike> trois pens&eacute;es:<\/font><\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\"><font xmlns=\"\" face=\"Arial\">&#8211; Les ventes se sont faites essentiellement sur les seniors. Le march&eacute; est monstrueux et ne risque pas de fl&eacute;chir. Partout dans le monde. Chez les d&eacute;veloppeurs, on ne veut pas y penser (la loose de bosser pour des jeux pour vieux). Mais on devrait. <\/font><\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\"><font xmlns=\"\" face=\"Arial\">&#8211; Etant donn&eacute; que le co&ucirc;t d&eacute;risoire du dev (portable, petit jeu), je ne sais pas combien a co&ucirc;t&eacute; le licensing mais s&ucirc;rement peu vu que c&#8217;&eacute;tait un pari. Et bien c&#8217;est un bon petit paquet de flouze qu&#8217;ils se sont fait chez big N&hellip;2 millions et encore, &ccedil;a serait du download et non des cartouches que &ccedil;a aurait &eacute;t&eacute; bien pire&hellip; <\/font><\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div xmlns=\"http:\/\/www.w3.org\/1999\/xhtml\"><font xmlns=\"\" face=\"Arial\">&#8211; Les seniors, futures vaches &agrave; lait finan&ccedil;ant les projets pour les djeun&#8217;s, avec du HDR et de la physique dedans ?
